We sincerely thank all our Crew members for being with us throughout 2024. Here are some important updates regarding the remaining period of your Crew membership:

1. 2024 Membership Termination and Cancellation Notice

The 2024 Monthly Pass and Split Pass memberships will no longer be available after December 31, 2024. If you are currently subscribed to a recurring payment plan, please make sure to cancel your subscription by December 31 to ensure a smooth transition to the 2025 membership.

• How to cancel regular payment: MY > Order history > Terminate regular payment

For members who purchased a membership in December and wish to request a refund for the December payment, please contact us through the 1:1 Inquiry System on B.Stage. We’ll process your request promptly and accurately.

2. 2025 New Membership Announcement

We’re excited to share that we are working on revamping our membership program to provide an even more enjoyable and elevated fan experience in 2025. Details about the new membership will be announced soon, so please stay tuned for updates.
